Unbeatable and convenient location, a bus stop was near our hotel. The staff were very very helpful and incredibly nice. The room with 4 beds.

The breakfast was scrumptious and great, they serve great food. The room was quiet and big and come with coffee and tea making equipment, a seating area, and a writing table. The hotel was in an excellent location short walk to bus station and supermarket, the beautiful canals of Giethoorn and all the interesting areas.

Loved exploring the beautiful countryside by bike, although my legs are now killing me. Great breakfast but watch out for the ducks stealing your croissant!

Who needs modern amenities? Climbing the stairs was like my own personal stair master workout.

An incredibly friendly hotel, I greatly enjoyed it, staff was welcoming. The breakfast was exceptionally good and scrumptious - plenty of dishes. It had marvellous and beautiful location not far from the closest bus stop and the centre.

The rooms were neat with 4 beds and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I had an electric kettle and glassware.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Giethoorn. The hotel was nice with amicable employees with excellent service. The location turned out to be beautiful. The area was local, a good base for me.

The location was perfect and easy, near a bus stop. The restaurant was GOOD with a great menu here, I had excellent dishes.

The hotel's location was excellent, short walk to the famous Giethoorn tourist attractions, all the interesting areas, and Steenwijk train station. Had brunch in the Beachclub Bodelaeke, located nearby.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable, near the bus stop, tourist attraction, supermarket and restaurants, center and the centre of the village. The staff were pretty friendly at all times. The food was good - variety of options.

We were amazed by our stay at B&B D'Olde Smidse. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk from the stunning scenery of Giethoorn. The room was spacious, clean, and recently renovated. Plus, the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The owner was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even provided us with bikes and helped us transfer our luggage when we needed to move to a different place. The restaurant on the lower floor served delicious meals, and we enjoyed a tasty dinner and breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Additionally, the hotel is right across the bus stop, making it very convenient for travelers to access other areas. The rooms are well-maintained with basic amenities, including complimentary water and sweet treats. The breakfast provided is a great way to start the day. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic - right next to the bus stop, making it super convenient to reach from the train station. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. And finally, the rooms were basic but perfect for a weekend stay, with nice touches like complimentary water and sweets. Plus, the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. I couldn't have asked for more!
